This does not guarantee placement on a specific team, but let's us know the areas you are interested in. Some teams may fill sooner than others.
Activity/Karaoke Room - Young Life Volunteers
Beauty Station - Pamper guests with hair touch-ups, hand massages, and make-up
Buddy Team - Host and accompany guests during the evening, helping them to have fun
Dress Donation - Collect dress donations and help plan a free "shopping night"
Flowers/Gift Giveaway - Pin corsages/boutonnieres on guests, fill and deliver gift bags at the end of the evening
Food Server - Circulate to serve appetizers and work the dinner serving line
Limo Rides - Help guests sign up for a limo ride and escort them to and from the vehicles
Parking - Direct guests and volunteers as they park
Portrait Pictures - Help with taking pictures, printing pictures and placing pictures in guests picture frames
Red Carpet - Cheer the guests as they arrive
Registration - Print lists and name tags, work registration table the night of the event
Respite Room - Decorate and host a relaxing room for parents and caregivers to use during the prom
Shoe Shine - Pamper guests with a shoe shine and make them feel special
Welcome/Greeter - Escort guests to the registration table.
All volunteers are required to attend one of two training sessions offered on Tuesday, January 22 and Friday, January 25, from 7-8:30 pm. I can attend one of the training sessions.

All Night to Shine volunteers must undergo a background check. NSCBC uses the criminal offender record information (CORI) for this purpose. If you have not completed a CORI form in the last 2 years, please print out the CORI Form and bring it along with a government issued ID (driver's license) to the church office or to one of the volunteer training meetings. To print the form please click here:
