Hello and welcome!
Please use this form to register for a Star and Shadow volunteer induction.
Inductions are only run on scheduled dates - before filling this in, please decide,
from the website, which scheduled date you will come to.
We ask that you register in advance - so that :
a) we know who is coming
b) we don't waste time collecting everybody's details during the Induction
c) we don't get errors from trying to decipher hand-written details.
NB Please don't turn up to an Induction without registering first!
Inductions are done as a group, up to 15 people. It takes about 60-90 mins.
To register for your induction :
1)You must be 18 or over.
2) Enter your contact details below and press SEND to submit.
(NB make sure your email is correct - or you won't receive your login ID after induction)
3) Turn up, on time, at Star and Shadow, Warwick St on the correct date
(Please do be on time - we can't rewind for latecomers.)
