Women of Joy Application
Bonjour! We are so excited that your are interested in joining us April 23-30, 2022 for Women of Joy. Please take a few minutes to fill out this application. We want to ensure that this trip is a good fit for each participant. Your application will be prayerfully reviewed and you will hear back from Wendy Schulz. Once accepted you will receive a welcome letter with important trip information, preparation meetings/zooms and information on how to submit your $1000 non-refundable deposit. Are you able to walk up to 3 miles a day and climb stairs? We will be climbing 350 stairs to the peak of Mont St Michel.

All accommodations are two single beds in a double occupancy rooms. Single accommodations may be able to be made by special arrangements. There will be an additional cost.

Do you have a preferred roommate? If so, who? (Both roommates must be accepted and pay their deposit to ensure availability for both). If you do not have a preferred roommate we will match you with another traveler. We will introduce you via email and give you a chance to get to know one another before departure.

Acknowledgement of cancellation policy: Trip Deposit and Payment is non-refundable for any reason. Participants are recommended to take out private trip insurance to cover reimbursement if you are concerned about needing to cancel your trip and/or flight. Organizer retain the right to cancel the trip and refund all attendees if our trip does not have a minimum of 8 fully paid participants by March 31st. Please acknowledge your understanding of this policy by typing your name in the line below.
Payment Information: A $1,000 non-refundable deposit is due to secure your position. Once your application is approved you can pay via check mailed to Wendy Schulz, or with Credit Card.
