This page allows you to submit  other types of privacy rights requests, such as rights to know, access, delete, correct, limit, or transfer your personal information, if available to you under the applicable privacy laws.

Please note that we cannot always respond to your request. In addition, we may respond by denying your request or may send back a request for more information. Reasons for this may include:

Federal or state consumer privacy laws, such as the Gramm-Leach Bliley Act or the California Consumer Privacy Act, do not apply to you or the information we collect about you.
Applicable law allows or requires us to verify your identity or your authority to make the request. For the more sensitive requests, please understand we may request more information to verify your identity. We will only use this information for the purposes of identity verification, security, or fraud-prevention and we will delete this information as soon as practicable under applicable law unless an exception applies.
Applicable exceptions or exemptions under the relevant law. For example, if we have a legal reason to keep the information you ask us to delete.

Unless applicable law provides otherwise, we aim to:

Acknowledge your request within ten (10) days of receipt.
Respond to opt-out requests within fifteen (15) days of receipt.
Respond to verifiable consumer requests within forty-five (45) days of receipt.
Inform you of the extension period and reason in writing, if additional time is required (up to 90 days).

There is no fee for normal, reasonable requests; however, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee for requests that are manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive. Please remember, depending on where you live or what information we collect about you, we may have no obligation to process your request. We will use the contact information below to follow up with you, including to discuss or verify any information provided in this form. Please make sure you provide accurate information.
