Virtual Artists Trail 2020   APPLICATION FORM
This application form aims to gather information about the level of detail participating artists will require. When you have submitted your application you will be contacted for further information and discuss your needs.

PLEASE NOTE: we aim to raise as much money as possible to support Sydenham Arts. All effort by the Artists Trail team is voluntary. Artist contributions are suggestions - reduced for students, young people, unwaged and others who might be experiencing difficulty at this time.

Do you want your existing 2D page updated? *
If you have taken part in previous years you will have a page on our website and we can refresh it for a suggested voluntary contribution of £10.  Check out https://sydenhamarts.co.uk/artist-listings/ for examples from 2019. If you didn't take part last year we will still have your 2D page from before.
Do you want a new 2D Artists Trail page (for new artists). *
Most artists will have a page on our website with details of their art, influences and background, up to 16 images of their art plus links to their social media. Check out https://sydenhamarts.co.uk/artist-listings/ for examples from 2019.
Other Do you want a virtual 3D gallery? *
You may build your own or we can build it for you - suggested voluntary contribution £50 (NOTE: this 3D gallery is yours to keep and may be linked to from your own web-site or social media.)
Other activities. *
Are you willing to participate in other ways - i.e running a video workshop; doing a live 'open-house' tour, etc? If so we will be in touch.
Participation Agreement - Liability *
I agree not to hold the Sydenham Arts Limited or its authorised representatives liable for any claims whatsoever arising out of my participation in the 2020 Sydenham Artists Trail.
Participation Agreement - Intellectual Copyright / Image Rights *
I give permission to Sydenham Arts Limited to reproduce images of any of my artwork for promotional purposes only in printed materials and on the Sydenham Arts website.
