The Library accepts requests for meeting dates up to three full calendar months in advance. For example, on July 1, the Library would accept requests for July, August, September, and October. On August 1, the Library would accept requests for August, September, October, and November. Requests for dates outside of this time frame will not be honored or held and must be resubmitted on or after the room request opening date.
