Science National Honor Society Application
Transcripts and money due in September.

This form will serve as your application for the Science National Honor Society.  You may apply if you:

1. are a junior or senior next year
2. have an overall GPA of 3.0
3. have a GPA of 3.5 in science (A's and B's)
4. Will be taking at least one upper level science each year you are in this club.
5. If you are interested in also being an officer please fill out the form below (copy and paste the address into your browsers address bar). We will hold a blind election in September.

Tell your peers to spread the word that under NO circumstances will late applications or transcripts be accepted. We have high expectations of our applicants and punctuality is one of them.
