As vendor spots will go quickly for this event, we encourage you to apply early. We are looking to maintain a balance of merchandise and want both our vendors and patrons to be happy with their experience. Applications will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis.
NOTE: You will need to have the following documents after acceptance at payment- 1. a pdf of your CA seller's permit and 2. a pdf of your Certificate of Commercial General Liability Insurance. The Commercial General Liability Insurance Certificate should state limits not less than $1,000,000 for Each Occurrence, Personal and Adv Injury Liability & General Aggregate. Endorse the certificate to the 'Topanga Community Club Inc., 1440 N Topanga Boulevard, Topanga, CA 90290' as Additional Insured. Vendor shall obtain such insurance prior begin of festival. In case your business is not covered by a Commercial General Liability Insurance, there are several options online for event insurance coverage. The deadline for applications is April 28th, this includes the payment of all fees.
THIS IS AN APPLICATION, NOT AN AGREEMENT TO PARTICIPATE YET. We will contact you after review by our team (typically 48 hours). Once you are accepted, you will be given a link to the payment site in order to pay the fees and submit all paperwork. Only after all fees are collected are you a confirmed merchant vendor for Topanga Days.
