Affiliate Manager Application
Crumbs Media, LLC is looking for a home-based Affiliate Manager with previous experience in team or project management. We are looking for someone who is dedicated to helping others, a team player, highly collaborative and has excellent writing skills.

Is this role a good fit? Let’s see if this describes you:

→ You can get the point across while being warm and genuine and relate-able (without being overly wordy).
→ You're a people person. You enjoy making connections with new people, nurturing those relationships, and comfortable reaching out to new people.
→ You come up with different and unique ways to reach goals, while tracking what works, and what doesn't work.
→ You're willing to learn.
→ You're persistent, yet know when to back down.
→ You can take a broad concept, turn it into a tangible to-do list, and then get the list done.
→ You know how to work on multiple projects without letting anything fall through the cracks.
→ When you come across things that need improvement, you are quick to offer fresh ideas and lead the charge in creating something better.
→ And obviously you love food and healthy living, on a budget!

Is that you? Awesome! More specifically, we're looking for a person who has:

• Some experience managing affiliates (or a team of people)
• Experience in copywriting (or willing to learn)
• Experience in managing multiple projects at one time
• Basic understanding of online marketing (or willing to learn)
• Basic understanding of affiliate marketing (or willing to learn)
• A computer with a microphone and video capabilities
• Excellent writing skills, is extremely organized, is a self starter/motivated and likes food.
• Basic understanding of Ontraport and/or Convert Kit (or willing to learn)

And just to be up front and honest, this won't be the right fit if you:

• Have your own blog or business and plan to manage this job on the side.
• Don't have the time or energy to focus for at least 20 hours/week and attend bi-weekly meetings.
• You aren't willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement.
• You don't think that blog content can be life-changing.

If you're still with me and think you will rock this job, then we want to hear from you! Complete the application below!

Thank you for applying!

Application Tip: Please note that the application form is web-based and we highly recommend completing it on a desktop computer. We also recommend drafting your answers in a Word document before entering in the application to ensure your answers are saved.
