Thank you for considering The Bolinas Forest School for your child’s early education experience! We are excited to offer our outdoor toddler program at 250 Mesa Rd. This program is designed for children ages 12 months to 3 years, and will run from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, three days a week (Tuesday through Thursday). * see tuition schematic below.
Currently, California does not have specific regulations or institutional oversight for outdoor education programs like ours. This means that we are not a licensed or accredited preschool, as existing guidelines primarily apply to indoor childcare settings. However, we are committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment for children, focusing on hands-on learning and the development of strong emotional connections. Our approach is grounded in best practices for early childhood education, even as we continue to operate outside the traditional framework for indoor programs.
It is our intention that every little can attend our local program without financial barrier! If you are in need of financial assistance, we ask that you submit a separate application here.
