Child Safeguarding/Prevent Report Form - Confidential

This form is to report any non-urgent concern(s) you may have with regard to child and young person protection/safeguarding including Prevent concerns.

In an emergency, or if you believe a child is at immediate risk of harm call the police on 999.

Information you enter will be seen only by the Principal or Director of Studies of Purley Language College and will be dealt with in the strictest confidence.

Listen carefully but never prompt a child to disclose anything. They must tell in their own words. Never promise to keep anything secret.
