Applications are juried and items and displays are of vital importance. Product should be of quality nature, and carefully curated and displayed as if you are setting up a boutique shop. Vintage With Flair markets are made up of primarily vintage, hand designed, and repurposed creations and finds and we encourage each booth to use creative merchandising as we do not supply or rent tables. Once application is made a confirmation email will follow outlining payment requirements. Vendor payment is confirmation of acceptance. Each applicant will be notified of their acceptance status, and the deadline for applying is April 15, 2017.
There is a zero refund policy 60 days prior to the sale, April 15, 2017. Any cancellations prior to the 60 days, will be given consideration by Vintage With Flair, dependant on the circumstances, and a partial reimbursement given.IMPORTANT NOTE: Each accepted vendor is required to provide proof of liability insurance (ONLY) certificate for their space. This can be purchased through your business insurance, or through an Event Insurance broker an example would be : palcanada.com Calgary location, 1 million is sufficient. Once acceptance is given copy of certificate must be emailed directly to firstname.lastname@example.org, no later than May 15, 2017.
