Event location: AV Fairgrounds, 2551 West Avenue H, Lancaster, California
Set-up times: 8:00am-5:00pm Pacific time August 17, 2017;
Event hours: 4:00pm-11:00pm Pacific time August 18-August 27, 2017;
Exhibits must be manned all hours of Fair event hours;
Tear-down: August 27, 2017, 11:30pm-1:00 a.m. Pacific time;
Registration Deadline: July 21, 2017 (form will be closed at noon Pacific time);
Each accepted exhibitor will be limited to 8 tickets and 3 parking permits per day of participation.

Exhibitor instructions will be provided upon acceptance of exhibitor registration; you will be notified by the organizers of your acceptance by July 25, 2017. There is no cost to participate.
Upon acceptance, you will be required to provide a certificate of insurance naming the AV Fairgrounds as an additional insured. See below for sample form with State required language.
