Trunk OR Treat
ABOUT THE EVENT: Trunk OR Treat is a family-friendly, community event hosted at North Avenue Alliance Campus. The purpose is to provide a safe, fun environment for the Burlington area. Kids participate in trunk-to-trunk trick-or-treating, "It's The Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown" plays outside, hot coco & popcorn is served, as well as local Touch-A-Trucks!
ABOUT TRICK OR TREAT DONATIONS: Candy & toy donations can be made prior to the event, and dropped off at either the Essex Alliance Church or North Avenue Alliance campuses - just look for the marked bins in the lobbies! In addition to candy, we'd like to offer non-food, allergy friendly items. Some ideas for those items: pencils, bouncy balls, mini Play-Doh, stickers, glow sticks/necklaces/bracelets, mini slinkies, whistles/kazoos, novelty rings/necklaces.
ABOUT HOSTING A TRUNK: We strongly encourage that you decorate your trunk/car AND dress up in costume! Just keep in mind that there will be young kids, so nothing too scary. All candy/toy hand-outs will be provided for you! We ask that hosts arrive and be ready by 4:45 on October 31 and commit to stay through 7:30pm. The event is rain or shine, so please plan accordingly for the weather. Please fill out this form to be a Trunk Host.
