Tuition Assistance Form 2020
Tuition assistance is available to those who qualify on a first-come, first-served basis. Forms will be accepted between February 6th through March 27th. Families will be notified of tuition assistance awards the week of April 20th.

In addition to this form, you must register online through our ASAP software and pay a $50 dollar registration fee per session to save a place in camp for your child. This $50 registration fee is non-refundable and will not be covered by tuition assistance discounts.

For tuition assistance eligibility, each family is required to submit a federal income tax return or public assistance letter that reflects registered camper as a dependent.

You may upload your income tax return/public assistance letter to your ASAP account or email it to mkapp@henrystreet.org.
