Why we're excited about it
Energy storage is one of the most important enablers of a clean planet earth. The ability to transport and access energy for mobility, grids, and industrial applications, is one of the key aspects that will push society into a cleaner future and more responsible ways of managing energy resources.

We are looking at new chemistries/architectures for Lithium-ion batteries and supercapacitors which can improve energy density, charge/discharge rate, cost, durability, and safety without having a significant impact on current production lines.

On a more futuristic and transformative note, we are looking at bio-batteries, flow-cells, nuclear batteries, self-assembling batteries with completely new architectures, and new ways of storing energy at the molecular level that can lead to re-usable fuel, with zero emissions.
