Join us in volunteering with Miracle League on JWL Day Saturday, October 14th from 9:45 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. Games are at 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. at 600 M. Durwood Stephenson Parkway in Smithfield. At this event you will be a buddy to a player where it will include running the bases with them (this may include pushing a wheelchair), helping them field the ball, being encouraging, kind, and a good team player. Help may also be needed as a dugout coach and/or with registration. No athletic experience is required.
Afterwards, we will celebrate JWL day at Gilded Pear in downtown Smithfield. You are welcome to join us. Drinks and food will be available for purchase.
