Terms and Conditions 條款及細則
Presented by the Hong Kong-ASEAN Foundation (‘Foundation’), the ASEAN Film Festival (‘Festival’) is a not-for-profit platform showcasing films from ASEAN countries to promote cultural exchanges and mutual understanding through the medium of film.
東盟電影節由香港-東盟協會（「協會」）主辦，為非牟利平台，透過電影推廣與東盟國家的文化交流和了解。
The submission timing for this application form is determined by the server's receipt of the submitted application. Late submission will not be accepted.
所有提交申請表格的時間以伺服器接收遞交資料之時間為準，逾期無效。
One (1) person per ticket. Participants must adhere to the age requirements for each event (where applicable).
每張戲票只限一 (1) 人入場。參加者須按各活動的年齡要求參與（如適用）。
Tickets must not be sold and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
戲票不得出售，亦不可兌換現金或其他貨品。
Personal information provided by applicants will only be used for communication, processing application and ticket arrangements for this event. This information will be processed only by the Foundation, and the screening venues and their appointed agent(s). All personal information will be deleted within 60 days following the closure of the Festival.
申請者的個人資料只用作此活動的聯絡、處理申請和活動的票務安排，及由協會及放映場地及其指定代理使用。所有個人資料將在東盟電影節結束後60天內刪除。
By participating in the Festival, all successfully registered participants shall be regarded as having agreed that the Foundation own any and all of the photos and/or videos taken at or during the event and legal rights thereof, including copyright and usage right. All such photos and/or videos may be used for marketing or promotional purposes.
若成功登記參與本活動，即表示同意協會為參與者於活動中被拍攝的照片及/或影片的擁有者，並擁有相關法定權利(包括)版權及使用權，並可將其作任何宣傳或推廣用途。
Participants must understand and abide by the terms and conditions of the screening venues designated by the Foundation. For detailed information, please refer to the official website of the designated screening venue.
參加東盟電影節的人士須理解並遵守協會指定放映場地的條款及細則。詳情請參考指定放映場地的官方網站。
The Foundation and the screening venue reserve absolute right to deny entry for latecomers or to determine an appropriate entry time and method, and to refuse entry or request the departure of any participant who fails to comply with these terms and conditions or engages in inappropriate behavior, without liability. For safety reasons, the Foundation and the screening venue reserves the right to restrict participants' access to the events.
協會及放映場地保留權利拒絕遲到者入場，或決定合適的入場時間及方式；亦有權拒絕任何不遵守本條款或有不當行為的參加者入場，或要求其離場，而不須承擔任何責任。基於安全理由，協會及放映場地將保留限制任何人士參加活動的權利。
The Foundation and the screening venue reserve the right to cancel or change the schedule without prior notice.
協會及放映場地保留取消或更改活動日程的權利，恕不另行通知。
The Foundation reserves the right to amend, modify or alter these terms and conditions at any time. In case of any disputes, the Foundation reserves the right of final decision.
協會有權隨時修改本條款及細則。如有任何爭議，協會保留最終決定權。
In case of discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
如中、英文版本有任何不一致或歧義，應以英文版本為準。
