Consent Form - Agreement to EFA Membership
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) comes into effect in all EU countries on 25 May 2018. This means that we need your explicit consent to store data about you. This data will be used only for EFA mailings and will not be passed to any third party.
Your data will be stored confidentially for as long as EFA exists as a networking organisation and you may ask for your details to be deleted from the database at any time. Your name and contact details will be used only for the distribution of news and information from EFA by email and will not be passed to other members without your consent.
If you are an existing member of EFA or if you would like to join EFA as a new member and agree that EFA may use your name and email address to communicate with you via the e-mail addresses
(e.g. to distribute feedback about the 1st European Conference, May 10-14, 2018 and to inform you of future events, send you newsletters etc.) please choose OPT IN in the checkboxes below.
EFA will contact you by e-mail to complete your registration as a new member.
