Remote Tech Support Questions
We know remote learning can be difficult, especially if your struggling with technology problems or questions.  Classroom teachers may not be able to provide the time to trouble shoot those questions for you.  Teachers have been asked to refer you to this form, rather than stopping instruction for in-class learners to assist.  We have various staff members who will be notified when you submit a request and they will assist you soon.  


If you are having Audio or Video problems please try disconnecting and/or restarting your device before contacting us.  If you are having internet issues please contact your internet provider.  Video, audio and disconnects can be expected infrequently and do not need to be reported every time they happen, only when they become a problem.
