MSL Helper Application
MSL Helpers assist our LTS and Junior coaches during group instruction. This is not a paid position but gives an opportunity for skaters to be exposed to the role of coaching. Age, experience and past evaluations will be considered when reviewing applications. Helper evaluations will be completed by the class instructor. Completing 2 years as a helper is a requirement to progress into being an Apprentice and LTS Coach in the future.

Helper Requirements
  1. Full Club Membership
  2. Minimum of 6th grade
  3. Free Skate 1 or higher
  4. LTS Instructor Certification recommended but not required
  5. Helpers > Age 18 also need to complete a background check and Safe Sport training.
