Description: In this required CS course, students utilize of small group worksheets, in class polling and a few other "tricks" to keep them focused as they work on the problem-solving skills, they need to be a good programmer. Advanced data structures, systematic study and analysis of important algorithms for searching; sorting; string processing; mathematical, geometrical, and graph algorithms, classes of P and NP, NP-complete and intractable problems.
