Bumble Bee Brigade at the Domes
This mission of the Bumble Bee Brigade is to improve our understanding, management, and conservation of Wisconsin bumble bees. Milwaukee County Parks is participating in this statewide effort to photograph, identify, and input data on the bumble bees we observe.

Observations will take place Wednesday mornings at 9:30AM, from August to early October, when weather permits. We will observe and record data for one hour, then you will input your photos and additional information into the website.

Volunteers will take part in a training, which will include a volunteer manual and field guide. Volunteers will need to be comfortable around bees and comfortable taking pictures and uploading information into the BBB’s online database.

We are excited to have you on board!
