LMK Studios Registration Form
Thank you for registering your child with LMK Studios! We are a private piano teaching studio located in the heart of Downers Grove, operating out of St. Luke Church. This student-centered studio focuses on music as an outlet for creativity and self-expression. 

This registration form will not only collect pertinent information but also communicate our procedures and policies. Would you like to sign up for a  Summer Songwriting Camp?  Your child's spot in our camp is confirmed when you complete this form and pay tuition of $150/session.

Turn your creative ideas into a song!  
Join us to learn the ins and outs of crafting original music, and leave with a simple recording of your own song! Through group and one-on-one instruction our experienced staff will guide you through the process of creating lyrics, melody, and structure, and help you refine your ideas to make your songs come to life! 
SONGWRITING CAMP 
This camp is for 8-15 year olds. We will host 6, 1-week sessions throughout the summer. Students can sign up for one or multiple sessions. Students will have fun creating their own songs in groups and independently. We will cover a variety of writing exercises, games, and performances throughout each 3-hour/day. Songwriting Camp will be held at St. Luke Church. 

Students are asked to bring a device (iPad or laptop) to use for beats creation and recording. There will be designated times for using devices during the camp and that time will be limited. Students will be asked to keep their devices in a bag until it's time for the group to use them. 

Each session is one week long, Monday-Friday from 9am-noon. Sessions are as follows:
