Wheatley Site Based Decision Making Council/Advisory Leadership Team
We need an additional parent/guardian that is willing to serve on our school SBDM Council.  Your child must be a current student at Wheatley. This is the governing body for our school.  Responsibilities include reviewing, revising, and making policy, budget expenditures, staffing, decision on student resources and curriculum for our school.  The commitment to serve in this position would be a once a month meeting for an hour (generally on the 4th Wednesday of each month from 4 to 5 pm).  If you have not served on an SBDM council, you will have to take some required training (6 hours).  If you've had prior experience serving, you will only need a 3 hour refresher.  Please complete the form if you are interested in serving our school in this capacity.
