1. By checking the box below, you acknowledge and agree to hold the Sebastian County
Fair Association harmless for any damages to your property that might occur while at the
fairgrounds, as well as any injuries to third parties that may occur due to your acts.
2. NO SUBLEASING, NO CONSTRUCTION, OR MODIFICATION OF FACILITIES
WITHOUT SEBASTIAN COUNTY FAIR ASSOCIATION APPROVAL.
3. Building/grounds to be restored to equal or greater cleanliness level as when rental began. This
includes taking trash out to the dumpster.
4. Deposit due at time of application acceptance and is NON-REFUNDABLE.
5. 110 Electric provided to each inside booth. There is NO electricity for outside booths. If your outside booth requires electricity, you must provide your own generator.
6. Tables and chairs are not provided.
7. Booth must be completed and ready for the public any time gates are open each day:
Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 5pm-9pm *** Friday 1pm-9pm *** Saturday 1pm-9pm.
8. All vendor agree to abide by state guidelines including all safety procedures applicable at time of the event.
9. Refunds will not be given for inclement weather.
*Failure to comply with these terms could result in forfeiture of deposit and denial of future rental
privileges. Deposits are non-refundable.
