SCAA Field Rental Request
Instructions:
  • We receive a lot of requests each season. To make sure your request is reviewed, please submit a complete or legible forms.
  • The SCAA Board will review all submitted forms. Submitting the form does NOT guarantee usage of any SCAA Fields or Facilities or reserve the date and time in your rental request.
  • All fees must be paid in full before a reservation can be reserved.
  • A request form must be received a minimum of 30 days prior to the date of intended use and will be reviewed within 48 hours after submittal.
  • Upon approval, further details will be provided by the SCAA Board of Directors.
  • Responsible Party Contact Information (must be 21 years of age or older)
  • The name on this request is the person who will be held responsible for the terms of this permit
  • SCAA is for youth sports and activities only; will your rental be for Youth (Age 17 and under)?
