MARS EX 26-2 Check In 
MARS stations that plan to be active in the COMEX use this form to sign in at the start of their exercise activity.  

This form will close at the conclusion of the COMEX.  After that time, no additional check-in will be accepted.

Data collected in this form is for the internal use of the respective MARS programs and is not publicly released.

THIS FORM IS AN ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENT FOR MARS STATIONS.   MARS stations are required to complete this form AND the After Action Survey to receive credit for the exercise.  The After Action Survey is available on this website at ENDEX and will remain available for 5 days following ENDEX.

Do Not complete this form if you do not intend to actively participate in the COMEX.   Only stations that actively participate in the COMEX  may claim credit for the COMEX.

Amateur Radio Stations do not fill out this form.
