Gala Leads - Coordinate all aspects of the Gala (fulfills 20 hours)get

Accounting - Assist with data entry for Gala tickets, dances, etc expense and revenue (seeking junior parents)

Registration and Technology - Assist with registration evening of the Gala (seeking junior parents)

Payment - Take credit card/check payments for silent auction items and raffle ticket sales

Building Maintenance/Cleaning

Projects as needed: electronics/equipment maintenance

Light construction projects: hanging blinds, move light switches, etc as needed

Quarterly 'deep clean'

Landscaping

Revenue Generation

Promotion and Advertising - Assist with promotion and advertising to drive ticket sales (seeking senior parents)

Sponsorship - Help secure event sponsors (seeking senior parents)

Silent Auction - Help secure donations and manage silent auction set-up at Gala (seeking senior parents)

Big Ask - Help coordinate pick-up of donations at close of Gala program (seeking sophomore parents)

Decor & Entertainment

Graphic Design - Assist with brand identity for event and graphic design of program, posters, etc.

Program, Food and Décor - Assist with all aspects of events in the dining room, from food selection, to décor

Artshow - Help prepare and set-up student art for juried art show (seeking freshmen parents)

Music - Assist with set-up and tear-down of risers and other equipment (seeking freshmen parents)

Prayer & Liturgy

Liturgical Coordinator - Train and oversee sacristans, set-up, purchases and other aspects of Mass at school

School Prayer Coordinator(s) - Coordinate prayer requests and send out weekly prayer reminders

Wash Liturgical linens/Vestments as needed(Weekly)

Parent Orientation - Set up school classrooms and organize treats

Mass of the Holy Spirit - Organize reception for event (set-up, cookies and lemonade, clean-up)

Parent Conf. - Organize lunch and dinner for faculty during conferences

Christmas Concert - Organize reception for event (set-up, Christmas cookies and lemonade, clean-up)

End of the Year All School Picnic - Help organize picnic for students and faculty

Commencement - Organize reception and program for annual Commencement Exercises, Baccalaureate Mass

Chaperone/drive for field trip

Assist with planning for trip to DC for March for Life

Serve as House Parent once students are sorted (fulfills 20 hour)

Drama Concessions Coordinator -Organize and staff concessions for sophomore drama production; purchase snacks, identify volunteers, handle accounting (production date xxx)
