This Services Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered by and among/between:

Service Provider(s): Stephanie Dorworth of Dorworth Fit LLC DBA Sunny Creator Co.

and

Buyer(s).

Each Service Provider and Buyer may be referred to in this Agreement individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”

1. Services. Service Provider agrees to provide and Buyer agrees to purchase the following services for the specific projects described below:

Description of Services: Custom Video Package. Shoot time and deliverables custom per the order form receipt.

Unless otherwise agreed upon, all deliverables will be delivered within 2 weeks after each production day.

Any additional production hours outside of the agreed upon times will be charged an hourly rate of $150/hour.

2. Purchase Price, per the order form receipt. Buyer agrees to complete full payment before shoot day to secure it.

3. Right of Inspection. Buyer is allowed to examine the final video deliverable(s) and request one round of revisions within 5 days after the receipt of the deliverables. Any further revisions will be charged an hourly rate of $150/hour for editing.

4. Force Majeure. Service Provider shall not be responsible for any claims or damages resulting from any delays in performance or for non-performance due to unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond the control of service provider.

5. Entire Agreement. This Agreement contains the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes and cancels all prior agreements of the Parties, whether oral or written, with respect to such subject matter.
