Main Street Waterloo Donation Request Form

Main Street Waterloo is proud to represent the community we live in. As part of our commitment to our community, we give multiple donations a year to local organizations to help give back during their fundraising efforts. 

Please remember Main Street Waterloo is a non-profit organization and in being mindful of our mission, we ensure the events and projects we donate to are supporting Downtown Waterloo and the small businesses in the district. 

​Please complete the form below at least three week prior to your event to be considered for a donation from Main Street Waterloo.
