What sort of event planning experience do you have?

Our day-of volunteers are crucial to the event.

Discovery 2024 will take place Friday, November 1st at the Gallery in Kansas City.

Please check all day-of positions you are interested in.

Event Set Up: Arrive 2 hours early to help set up

Registration Check-In: Arrive 1 hour early to assist guest check-in

Wine Pull / Raffle: Arrive 1 hour early. Use tablets to track purchase of bottles and raffle tickets

Event Take Down: Stay 1 hour after even to take down and pack up

Silent Auction: Would you like to volunteer for the silent auction in any of these capacities? Please check all that you are interested in.

Silent Auction Lead: Oversee curating items, tracking, preparing descriptions and photos for online, and distribution to winners

Silent Auction Support: Support Auction Lead in curating items, set up display, promote items at event, and distribution to winners

Silent Auction Donation Volunteer: Solicit auction item donations from businesses

Some volunteer positions may require meeting prior to the event for training, gathering items, etc.
