Project Title: Promotion of Social Entrepreneurship in Disaster Risk Reduction to Build Community Resilience: Pilots in Malaysia(Project Code: XX-2019-011)

The purpose of this research project is to foster long-term community resilience in Malaysia. The research is conducted by Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia’s Southeast Asia Disaster Prevention Research Initiative (SEADPRI-UKM) and Malaysian Youth Delegation (MYD) funded by the International Development Research Centre (IDRC). You are invited to participate in this research project because you are identified as a youth residing within the study area for the project.

The procedure involves filling an online survey that will take approximately 30 minutes.

You consent to the storage, including electronic, of personal information for the purposes of this study. All data is stored in a password protected electronic format. You understand that any information that could identify you will be kept strictly confidential and that no personal information will be included in the study report or any other publication.

Your participation in this study is voluntary. You may choose not to participate. If you decide to participate in this research survey, you may withdraw at any time. If you decide not to participate in this study or if you withdraw from participating at any time, you will not be penalized.
