De Sering & TestTafel Cooks' Night
After the great success of the first two cooks nights, its time for the third edition!

Are you a lowly commis slaving away at a restaurant aching for a creative outlet? 
Are you a fanatical home cook that is longing for some profit input from people in the industry? 
Maybe you are a head chef that needs some time away from the dunderheads in your kitchen to get the creative juices flowing?

Look no further! Join us for our second cooks night: where you get (free, of course) time in our kitchen, access to all our equipment and our staples (salt, flour, etc). At the end of the sesh we taste each-others' work and help each other along. After our hard work and exchanging tips and tricks we can have a drink.

Our Cooks' Night was inspired by Rene Redzepi at NOMA, where in the early days he forced all the cooks to come up with a dish, or a new technique every day to be presented after service. We'll take it a bit more easy of course. 

We plan to make this a regular event. So keep an eye out for future dates as well!

Program:
- 17:00 You are welcome to start/finish your prep in our kitchen. All our equipment and staples (salt, flour, etc.) are available.
- 18:00 Our Community Kitchen (Volkskeuken) opens if you want some dinner and afterwards the cooking commences!
- 20:30 We showcase our dishes with space for constructive feedback/help + cleanup after
- Around 22:00 till late: time for some borrel and drinks (the first beer is on us!)
