2026 Spring Select Coach Interest Form
Please complete this form if you are interested in coaching a Spring 2026 8U or 10U Select Team.  This year, if there is enough player interest, we are anticipating to have one select team in 8U and one select team in 10U.  

The Select Program tryouts are exclusively available to players currently enrolled in our USA Softball Spring Peninsula League, offering a more competitive playing option for those seeking a higher level of competition. 

We're seeking experienced and enthusiastic coaches to lead our Select teams, with availability to dedicate Sundays for practices and scrimmages. 
  • Coaching on a Select team requires commitment on Sundays.
  • Coaches will need to schedule games with other select teams in the Peninsula.   
  • Select Teams are expected to practice and/or play scrimmages on Sundays during the Spring Season.
  • Coaches will be required to complete the ACE training certification along with pass a background check prior to the start of the season.
  • Coaches must attend tryouts and participate in the formation of teams. Please see below for anticipated dates and times.
Anticipated Tryout Schedule
Feb 8th: at Sea Cloud Park, Field B4
  • 10U: 9:00am-9:25am P/C; 9:30-10:45am - All
  • 8U: 11:00am-11:25 P/C, 11:30-12:30pm - All
Make Up Tryouts will be upon request as needed.

Coaching Interest Forms are due on Wednesday, February 4th at 6:00PM PT. The FCYSA Board will select coaches by noon on Friday, February 6, 2025.
