SGA Executive Board Application 20/21 - (Current 8th Graders & CB Underclassmen Only)

Hi Applicants! Thank you for showing interest in the CB SGA program.

By submitting this application, please be aware it does not automatically qualify your admittance to the Leadership Class (SGA Class) and there will be a selection process.

Application Process:
Step 1: Complete the below application no later than March 13th (11:59pm).

Step 2: Print a Teacher Recommendation Request Form. Forms can be downloaded from
Give to one of your teachers to complete. Your teacher will have the option of completing the paper form OR emailing for a link to the online form.

Please read the instructions on the form for more information.

Step 3: Print an Acknowledgement Form. Forms can be downloaded at Please review and sign form. Hold on to this form, you will submit during the scheduled meeting/interview (see below)

Step 4: Select "Leadership Skills Development" on your course card. If you do NOT get selected, you will be placed in your alternate class.

Step 5: Wait to hear from us. You will be contacted after Spring Break with information (dates, time, etc) on the mandatory afterschool meeting at your school. Dates and times for this meeting will be emailed to you as well as posted on Meetings will most likely be scheduled for April/May.
