Below is the chapter supply order form. ONLY orders processed by Chapter Presidents will be honored. Members dropping by the BNI Office to pick up supplies will not be permitted without a previous order.

Please order what your chapter will utilize over the next 6 - 8 weeks. Specialty items (including name badges, large card holders, etc.) can be ordered by scanning and emailing the paper Chapter Supply Order Form to support@bninwo.com or by visiting http://store.bni.com/.

** Any chapters choosing to have supplies shipped will receive an invoice for the shipping charges related to the purchase.
