Childcare Providers: Public/Private Partnership Interest Survey
The City of Astoria has developed this survey to gauge interest from local childcare providers in engaging in a partnership and taking on services that are currently being provided by the Parks and Recreation Department at the City's childcare facility, Sprouts Learning Center (formerly Lil' Sprouts). Based on responses to this survey, a formal application process will be sent to providers interested in pursuing this partnership.

**Responses are due by 5pm on October 29 (10/29)**

You can contact Jonah Dart-Mclean, Director of Parks and Recreation, at or call 503 298 2467 for more information about this process.
