Terms and Conditions *

These terms and conditions set out the terms and conditions between you, the customer, and me, the seller. By submitting this form, you have agreed and read these terms and conditions.

A 50% fee is required before starting the commission.

A commission can be cancelled with a full refund if the commission has not been started.

If the commission is in progress and is cancelled, a refund will not be given.

If the commission is completed, the whole payment must be made with no refunds or exceptions.

You agree that under no circumstances whatsoever shall you initate any chargebacks via your payment provider.

You agree that any payments made by you for this product are final and may not be charged back.

A commission can take up to a week or a month, so please be patient.

Progress shots of the illustration will be sent so you know what it will look like in the end. If you are unsatisfied with the progress shots you see, 3 edits or changes can only be made during the sketching phase.

I will only accept payment in USD (United States Dollars).

Commissions will be sent electronically through Direct Messages or E-Mail in 600 DPI.

These commissions are intended for non-commercial use only.

Commissions cannot be used to advertise people, businesses, or products.

Commissions cannot be mass-produced, used for profit or to advertise people, businesses, or products.

All Commissions will be signed and dated with no exceptions.

The signature and date must be legible and cannot be removed.

I reserve the right to use the final commission and process work, such as in a portfolio, social media sites, etc.

You agree to idemnify me against all liabilities, claims, demands, expenses, actions, costs, damages, or loss arising out of your breach of these terms and conditions.

I hold the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.

You can use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.

You can print the art, and claim the right of your character(s), but not the drawing itself.

You can use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.

If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.

A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be 300% of original price.

With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merch with the artwork.

Credit is still required for usage of the artwork with a purchase of Commercial Rights and must still be legible, even if altered or edited.

These terms and conditions are subject to change at anytime.
