UNITE Section & Registration Request Form
What is this form for?
  • You may use this form to submit a formal request for a Mechanical Engineering course to be offered remotely by  Mechanical Engineering  via UNITE: Distributed Learning (UNITE sections "piggyback" on existing on-campus sections).
  • You may also use this form to submit a formal request to register for any UNITE section (883) of a  Mechanical Engineering course.
  • You can view a complete list of  Mechanical Engineering courses which are currently offered through UNITE on the UNITE Course Offerings page.
  • While completion of this form does not guarantee you will receive a permission number for registration or that your requested course will be offered via a UNITE section, your request will be reviewed by the  Mechanical Engineering student services team. We are happy to announce that we are able to accommodate most requests.
