Annual Title I Parent Involvement Survey 2017-2018
Please respond to the following questions by selecting the answer that best describes your experience at your student's school for the 2017-2018 school year. The survey will take less than 5 minutes of your time. If you have more than one student in multiple schools, you may complete one survey for each school. Thank you for taking the time to participate in this survey. Your feedback will be used to improve parent involvement programs in our schools.
