** CAMP REGISTRATION IS DUE FRIDAY JUNE 29, 2018 **
** Application can only be submitted online - No exceptions **
** Parent/Guardian must complete all sections of the application, including waiver and medical information. Note that the waiver includes a photo release.
** Only children enrolled in camp may be present, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
** Transportation will be provided from Esteban Torres High School to and from all field trips. (If necessary, Parent/Guardian can pick up child from field trip site.)
** Campers must be picked up by a Parent/Guardian immediately following the conclusion of a session at 4 p.m. at Augustus Hawkins High School, or the Field Trip location site as applicable.
** Lunch & snacks will be provided daily.
