At Discovery Campus, every week brings a new adventure designed to spark children's imagination, encourage independent thinking, and help them develop valuable life skills in a fun and engaging environment. Through exciting projects, hands-on experiences, collaborative challenges, and meaningful discussions, campers will explore new interests, build confidence, strengthen friendships, and discover what makes them unique.

Our carefully designed weekly themes encourage children to think creatively, communicate effectively, solve problems, develop leadership skills, and gain real-world knowledge—all while having fun.

📋 Discovery Campus Summer Camp Policies & Terms

By registering my child for Discovery Campus Summer Camp, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Health & Medical Information
• I have provided accurate and complete information regarding my child's health, allergies, medical conditions, medications, and any special needs.
• It is my responsibility to notify the camp of any changes to this information before or during the camp period.

2.Emergency Medical Care
• In the event of an accident, illness, or emergency, camp staff may take appropriate action in the best interest of my child and will contact me or my emergency contact as soon as possible.

3. Camper Conduct & Behavior Expectations
• Campers are expected to follow camp rules, treat others with respect, and behave in a safe and responsible manner at all times.
• Discovery Campus Summer Camp reserves the right to dismiss any camper whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, aggressive, inappropriate, or repeatedly violates camp expectations.
• In such cases, the camper may be removed from the camp immediately and no refund will be issued.

4. Camp Week Changes
• Parents may request to change their child's registered camp week(s) after payment has been made.
• Changes are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

5. Refund Policy
• Cancellation 2 weeks or more before the camp start date: 100% refund.
• Cancellation 1–2 weeks before the camp start date: 75% refund.
• Cancellation less than 1 week before the camp start date: No refund.

6. Personal Belongings
• Children should not bring mobile phones, tablets, smart watches, gaming devices, or other electronic devices to camp.
• Children should not wear or bring valuable jewelry or other expensive personal items.
• Discovery Campus Summer Camp is not responsible for lost, damaged, or misplaced personal belongings.

7. Photo & Media Consent
• I consent to my child being photographed and/or filmed during camp activities.
• Photos and videos may be used by Discovery Campus Summer Camp for educational, marketing, promotional, website, and social media purposes.

8. Liability Acknowledgement
• I understand that participation in camp activities involves normal risks associated with children's recreational and educational programs.
• I release Discovery Campus Summer Camp from liability for injuries or accidents that may occur during normal camp activities, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

9. Privacy & Data Protection
• I understand that Discovery Campus Summer Camp collects personal and health information solely for registration, communication, emergency contact, and camp management purposes.
• All information will be handled confidentially and will not be shared with third parties except when necessary for camp operations or as required by law.

10. Food & Dietary Requirements
• Discovery Campus Summer Camp provides a set daily menu for all campers. As alternative meals are not available, we kindly ask parents of children with food allergies, dietary restrictions, or specific nutritional needs to provide suitable food and snacks for their child each day.

11. Program Adjustments
• Discovery Campus Summer Camp reserves the right to make reasonable changes to activities, schedules, themes, or staffing when necessary to ensure the safety, quality, and successful operation of the program.
