Thank you for participating in Recipe for Success Foundation's first annual Garden Haikus for Earth Day Contest. In order to qualify, this entry form must be fully complete and your poem must follow the ascribed haiku format. You may enter more than once, but must complete an entire form for each entry. Employees, board members and paid associates of Recipe for Success Foundation are disqualified from entry. By submitting an entry, you give Recipe for Success Foundation full rights to publicize and publish your work (with attribution) to the media, on the web and in printed form. Recipe for Success will announce the winners in each category on www.recipe4success.org and will notify winners by mail on May 11th, 2016

    On April 22, more than one billion people around the globe will participate in Earth Day 2016. Recipe for Success Foundation will be making our impact on the Houston community by breaking Earth on the new Hope Farms. People of all nationalities and backgrounds will voice their appreciation for the planet and demand its protection. Together we will stand united for a sustainable future and call upon individuals, organizations, and governments to do their part. Attend a local Earth Day event or join us at Hope Farms. Together we will Mobilize the Earthâ„¢ on April 22 and demand change.
