Recipe for Success Foundation Presents:  Garden Haikus for Earth Day Contest
Thank you for participating in Recipe for Success Foundation's annual Garden Haikus for Earth Day Contest.  In order to qualify, this entry form must be fully complete and your poem must follow the ascribed haiku format.  All entries must be received by April 30 at midnight central standard time in order to qualify for prizes. You may enter more than once, but must complete an entire form for each entry.  

Recipe for Success will announce the winners in each category on and will notify winners by email mid-May.

Employees, board members and paid associates of Recipe for Success Foundation are disqualified from entry.  By submitting an entry, you give Recipe for Success Foundation full rights to publicize and publish your work with attribution to the media, on the web, social media and in printed form.
