St. Sophia's Ukrainian Day Camp Registration 2023 
This camp is sponsored by St. Sophia's Ukrainian Catholic Parish.

Please complete one form per child.  

The children are to bring their own lunch, water and snacks to the camp.  Drop off is between 8:45 and 9:00am, and pick up is at 4:00 pm.  

On the last Friday of the camp, there will be a short program for parents at 4:30 pm.

Please etransfer $150.00 to laurie.kardynal@ gmail.com or write a cheque to St. Sophia's Ukrainian Catholic Church, and drop off at Sunday mass, or call 780-238-3837 to arrange for drop off.

You can etransfer payment to stsophiadaycamp@gmail.com. If you prefer to pay in another way (i.e. cheque or cash), please drop off payment at the 10am Sunday mass, or call 780-238-3837.  Once we have received your payment, we will confirm your registration and your child's spot in the camp.
