FOR VENDORS: It is expected that there will be one vendor per space. However, if a vendor would like to share their space with another group, then both vendors must be listed. The spaces accommodate tents/canopies that are 10’ X 10’. If your canopy is larger than this, please rent adequate space(s) for it, otherwise organizers might not be able to accommodate a larger tent on the day of the fest.
FOR NON-PROFIT/EDUCATIONAL GROUPS: All non-profit/educational booth spaces are 10’ x 10’ and are located within the festival alongside the festival vendors. Although free of charge, the NP/E booths still require registration. It is expected that there will be one group per space. If a group would like to share their space with another group, then please register both groups on this form. In the case of a non-profit/educational group selling something or requesting donations, please list what will be sold (no imports) on the form below.
FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS: All booths must be open for business between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM. To keep things professional and ensure future success, no vendor or participant will begin disassembling booths before 3:00 PM, unless notified by an organizer.
