Checklist Kesihatan

Setiap hari kita terdedah dengan pelbagai keadaan yang mengancam kesihatan kita. Dalam kita tak sedar, sedikit demi sedikit tahap kesihatan kita merosot akibat kekukarangan nutrisi yang biasanya ditunjukkan melalui simptom-simptom yang ringan. Namun, jika diabaikan natijah yang besar menanti.

Kebanyakan kesakitan atau ketidakselesaan yang kita rasa setiap hari tidak memerlukan ubat, tetapi memerlukan kita menjaga pemakanan atau menambah nutrisi tertentu.

Dibawah ini saya sediakan satu checklist simptom-simptom yang biasanya berlaku sekiranya kita mengalami kekurangan nutrisi.
