To register for the 2025 South Pacific Australia Preteen Camp please read all instructions and expectations provided in this form. For
EACH camper/leader please complete an
ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM, make
PAYMENT, and sign the
LEGAL WAIVER provided.
We require ALL signed LEGAL WAIVER forms to be handed in to your local ministry leadership, whom thereafter will sign the waiver to show they approve of the campers attendance at the 2025 South Pacific Australia Preteen Camp.
PAYMENT is to be made to your local church, using the details provided by your ministry leadership. At the time of registrations close they will deposit the amount into the Melbourne Church of Christ on your behalf.
Registration will close on Sunday December 1st 2024
