Special license plates raise money for qualifying non-profits in Oregon. The proceeds would support bird research, student involvement and community outreach at Oregon State University. The current cost is $40 for a two year registration (continuing vehicles) or four year registration (first-time registration) and most of the fee is directly donated to bird research.
