This is the form for your submission to Urban Research 2009 a special themed program at Directors Lounge February 5-15, 2009.
Filling this form is required for any submission to Urban Research / Directors Lounge, even if we received your film already. If you submit several works you will need to submit each one separately. To decide if we would like to present your work we will need a viewing-copy, preferably a DVD or DVD-compatible MPEG file. Please do not send in any material that needs to be returned.

If your work is selected for Directors Lounge 2009 you grant us a non-exclusive right to screen your work without any screening/rental fee. Selected works may be promoted through all media types and outlets for promotional purposes. In addition, Directors Lounge reserves the right to re-screen the accepted works at events and promotional showcases featuring Directors Lounge's highlights.
